Driving While Intoxicated 1st-Class B Misdemeanor
72 hours to 180 days in the county jail (Jail sentence can be probated up to two (2) years) Fine up to $2,000.00 Community Service-20 to 100 hours DWI Class Victim Impact Panel Note: Each case is different and additional conditions of probation could be required.
Driving While Intoxicated 2nd-Class A Misdemeanor
30 days to 1 year in the county jail (Jail sentence can be probated up to two (2) years) Fine up to $4,000.00 Community Service-80 to 200 hours DWI Class Victim Impact Panel Note: Each case is different and additional terms and conditions of probation could be required.
Driving While Intoxicated with Child in Car Under the Age of 15 –State Jail Felony

Driving While Intoxicated 3rd -3rd Degree Felony
