Drug Offenses PDF Print E-mail
There are three general "drug offense" categories. One is called possession, which is where an illegal drug is found upon you or your property. Another drug offense is the sale and distribution of an illegal drug. The third type of drug offense is drug trafficking. The difference between
"sales" and "trafficking" is defined by the quantity of the illegal drug involved. Among drugs that are considered to be illegal are marijuana (also known as pot, hemp, and cannabis), cocaine, heroine, ecstasy, and methamphetamines (also known as meth).
